Deep inhale through your nose. Exhale audible sigh through your mouth.
 Relax the forehead and eyebrows.

Release the jaw. 
Deep inhale through your nose. Exhale audible sigh through your mouth.
Drop the shoulders. 
Deep inhale through your nose. Exhale audible sigh through your mouth.
Relax the belly. 
Deep inhale through your nose. Exhale audible sigh through your mouth.
Soften the hips, bottom, pelvic floor. 

Affirmations: 
I am worthy.
I am enough, just exactly as I am. 
I am allowed to rest. 
I give myself permission to rest. 
I am supported today. 
My level of productivity or achievement does not define my value. 
My anxiousness does not define my spirit. 
I embrace peace.
